1. Services. Nexontryx provides digital infrastructure services for IT staffing and recruiting firms, including corporate identity, website design and development, social media, LinkedIn management, executive ghostwriting, and SEO. Each engagement is governed by an agreed scope of work.

2. Retainer engagements. Retainer work is planned around monthly priorities, available capacity, and strategic requirements. Unused work does not automatically carry forward unless agreed in writing.

3. Fees and payment. Fees, invoices, and payment milestones are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Work may be paused when payment is overdue.

4. Client responsibilities. Clients provide timely access, approvals, content, and accurate information required for delivery. Delays in these inputs may affect timelines.

5. Revisions and changes. Feedback is handled within the agreed review process. Material changes outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate or updated timeline.

6. Ownership. Final approved deliverables transfer after all invoices are paid in full, subject to any third-party licenses or platform terms. Nexontryx may showcase completed work unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality. Each party will protect confidential business information shared during the engagement and use it only to deliver or receive the services.

8. Limitation of liability. Nexontryx is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the delivered work.

9. Updates. These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued engagement after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
